5. Prescription Medications
(a) Upload Prescription
After completing your order, you may upload a valid prescription via My Account. ZarvyPharm does not verify authenticity. Any errors or multiple uses of the same prescription are the sole responsibility of the customer.
(b) Skip Prescription (Waiver)
By choosing this, you accept all risks. ZarvyPharm is not liable for customs issues, refunds, exchanges, or reshipping for Rx orders processed without prescriptions.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice.
(a) Price Fluctuations
ZarvyPharm acts as a purchasing agent for consumer-use products sourced from international manufacturers. Prices fluctuate depending on supplier pricing and currency rates.

- Major updates may be posted on FAQ or Announcements pages.
(b) Payment Methods
- International Wire Transfer (SWIFT): 2–5 business days, cancelled if not confirmed within 5 days.
- Online Wire Transfer (Wise.com): 1–2 business days, redirected to Wise.
- NowPayments Crypto Gateway: instant confirmation, supports 100+ coins.
- Direct Wallet Transfer: 1–2 hours after confirmation, must be completed within 30 minutes.
7. Shipping and Delivery
(a) Shipping Methods
- Parcel Shipping (RMS, Postal): 10–20 days, $15 fee
- Express Post (EMS): 5–10 days, $50 fee
- Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx): 3–7 days, $100 fee
(b) Processing Time
Orders processed within 1–5 business days. Prescription orders require valid prescription first.
(c) Customs
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.
(d) Order Cancellation
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
(e) Direct Manufacturer Dispatch
Products are shipped directly from manufacturers, cleared through customs, and delivered to the customer.

Refunds/exchanges approved only when errors or damages are clearly attributable to ZarvyPharm (e.g., wrong item, severe damage).
