Pari CR 37.5 is a generic controlled-release paroxetine tablet designed to provide sustained delivery of the active ingredient throughout the day, optimizing therapeutic effects while minimizing peak-related side effects. As a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), it enhances serotonin signaling, which plays a pivotal role in mood stabilization, anxiety reduction, and overall emotional well-being.
- Sleep & Mental Health > Depression, Anxiety, PTSD This medication effectively treats major depressive disorder (MDD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It promotes emotional stability and modulates stress responses for comprehensive mental health support. > Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Pari CR 37.5 is FDA-approved for OCD treatment, helping reduce persistent obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors by balancing serotonin levels. > Panic Disorder It plays a critical role in managing panic disorder by reducing the frequency and severity of panic attacks and preventing relapses.
Paroxetine works by selectively inhibiting the serotonin transporter, increasing the availability of serotonin in the synaptic cleft. This mechanism improves communication between neurons, alleviating symptoms of depression, anxiety, and related psychiatric conditions.
