Usual Adult Dose for Obstructive Sleep Apnea: → 150 to 250 mg orally once daily in the morning Waklert 150 is used to treat residual sleepiness and should be combined with primary treatment methods like CPAP. Note: It does not address the anatomical obstruction in OSA and should be prescribed only after sufficient CPAP trial. Usual Adult Dose for Shift Work Sleep Disorder: → 150 mg orally approximately 1 hour before work shift Supports cognitive alertness and performance during night or rotating shift duties. Swallow the tablet whole with water. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet. Always follow the physician’s instructions precisely.
