Each extended-release tablet contains naltrexone 8 mg and bupropion 90 mg. - Week 1: 1 tablet orally once daily in the morning - Week 2: 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) - Week 3: 2 tablets in the morning, 1 tablet in the evening - Week 4 and onward (maintenance): 2 tablets twice daily Maximum dose: 4 tablets/day (naltrexone 32 mg, bupropion 360 mg) This medication should be taken whole, not crushed or split. If no significant weight loss is achieved after 12 weeks on the full dose, therapy should be reevaluated. It should not be taken with other weight-loss medications or supplements without professional supervision.
