This combination is prescribed for moderate to severe asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) where both bronchodilation and anti-inflammatory action are needed. - Dosage: Inhale the contents of one Rotacap twice daily (typically morning and evening), or exactly as prescribed by your doctor. - Administration: Do not swallow the Rotacap. It is designed only for inhalation use via a compatible Rotahaler device. - Insert one capsule into the Rotahaler, twist to pierce, and inhale deeply and steadily through the mouth. - Rinse your mouth with water and spit out after each use to prevent oral candidiasis (thrush). - Use the medication consistently at the same time each day for optimal control of symptoms. - This product is not intended for immediate relief of breathing problems. A short-acting bronchodilator should be used for acute attacks.
