- Diabetes > Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Prediabetes, Metabolic Syndrome Bigomet 250mg is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes. It is also used off-label for the prevention of diabetes in individuals with impaired glucose tolerance (prediabetes), weight management in insulin-resistant patients, and metabolic syndrome.
