- Indamet 320 is indicated for the maintenance treatment of COPD, particularly in patients with moderate to severe symptoms, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Its high-dose Indacaterol formulation supports stronger, longer-lasting bronchodilation than standard doses. - As an ultra-long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA), Indacaterol helps relieve airway obstruction, reduce daily breathlessness, and improve exercise capacity with once-daily inhalation. - In cases of chronic bronchitis, it reduces mucus-related airway narrowing and improves airflow. Though not approved for asthma, its mode of action supports long-term respiratory stability.

For Respiratory Diseases > Asthma / COPD - Indamet 320 Rotacaps deliver Indacaterol, a long-acting β2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) used once daily for maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and in select cases, asthma under specialist supervision. - Dosage: Inhale one capsule (320mcg) once daily, at the same time each day for continuous airway support. - Administration: Insert the rotacap into a compatible Rotahaler device. - Inhale deeply and steadily through the mouth. - Do not swallow the capsule. - Discard the used capsule after inhalation. - Not for emergency use or acute bronchospasm relief. For Respiratory Diseases > Bronchitis - In cases of chronic bronchitis, Indamet 320 aids in relaxing airway muscles, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms like wheezing, cough, and shortness of breath. - Regular once-daily use ensures long-acting bronchodilation, helping maintain respiratory stability in chronic cases.
