Indamet-G is a generic inhalation therapy containing Indacaterol 150mcg, Glycopyrronium 50mcg, and Mometasone 160mcg, designed to provide comprehensive management for chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD and asthma. This fixed-dose triple combination offers a multi-mechanistic approach: Indacaterol is a long-acting β2-agonist (LABA) that relaxes bronchial smooth muscles for extended bronchodilation; Glycopyrronium is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that reduces airway constriction by blocking cholinergic signals; Mometasone is an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) that attenuates inflammation within the respiratory tract. Indamet-G is especially beneficial for patients with moderate to severe airflow limitation, frequent exacerbations, or those unresponsive to dual bronchodilator therapy. It significantly improves lung function, enhances exercise tolerance, and reduces daily symptom burden. This formulation also supports bronchial stability during post-infectious recovery from Flu (Influenza) or upper respiratory infections, contributing to faster normalization of breathing in susceptible patients.
Asthma / COPD Indicated for the maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and persistent asthma, combining a long-acting β2-agonist (Indacaterol), an anticholinergic bronchodilator (Glycopyrronium), and an inhaled corticosteroid (Mometasone) to enhance airway dilation and reduce inflammation. Bronchitis Provides relief from chronic cough, airway inflammation, and mucus overproduction, supporting management of both acute and chronic bronchitis symptoms. Flu & Colds (Supportive) Aids in alleviating post-viral bronchial constriction, often experienced after prolonged respiratory infections. For Respiratory Diseases > Bronchitis - Take one Indamet-G capsule per day using a dry powder inhaler (DPI) as directed by your healthcare provider. - Insert the capsule into the inhaler, puncture, and inhale deeply to deliver the medication directly into the bronchial passages. - Rinse your mouth after inhalation to reduce the risk of fungal infections or throat irritation. - Administer the dose at the same time daily to effectively manage chronic bronchitis symptoms. - This medication is not suitable for immediate symptom relief—carry a rescue inhaler for acute bronchospasms. - Contact your physician if your condition does not improve or worsens over time.
