Panacur C Granules 22.2% - Canine Dewormer is an original veterinary antiparasitic product containing 222mg of Fenbendazole per dose. It is classified as a broad-spectrum anthelmintic effective against various intestinal worms in dogs and other animals.
- Antiparasitics > Gastrointestinal Nematode Infections Fenbendazole 222mg is effective against roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and certain tapeworms. It disrupts parasite glucose metabolism by inhibiting microtubule formation, leading to energy depletion and death. > Mixed Helminth Infections in Dogs This product is widely used for treating multiple simultaneous infections in canines, especially in kennel environments or rural areas where reinfection risk is high. > Deworming Programs in Companion Animals Often included in routine veterinary deworming schedules, particularly for puppies and rescue dogs. Its high safety margin makes it suitable for use in sensitive breeds.
Fenbendazole is a benzimidazole-class anthelmintic. It interferes with parasite microtubule synthesis by binding to β-tubulin, leading to impaired glucose uptake and eventual death of the parasite. Effective against both larval and adult stages of various gastrointestinal worms.
Dogs Small: 22.7 mg/kg once daily for 3–5 days Medium: 50 mg/kg once daily for 3–5 days Large: 113.5 mg/kg once daily for 3–5 days → Indicated for roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and Taenia tapeworms Important Notes: This is not a single-dose therapy. Store below 30°C in a dry, well-sealed container. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Generally well tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal disturbances may occur. Overdose may cause vomiting or lethargy. Always adhere to veterinary dosage instructions.
