Allegra-M is a dual-action anti-allergic medication containing Fexofenadine 120mg and Montelukast 10mg, developed to provide effective relief from respiratory and seasonal allergy symptoms. This generic formulation by Sanofi targets both histamine and leukotriene pathways, offering comprehensive control over sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and watery eyes. The synergistic combination of Fexofenadine, a non-sedating H1-antihistamine, and Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, helps reduce inflammation, swelling, and mucus secretion triggered by allergens.
