    Switching permitted only if 640 mg tablets are taken on an empty stomach.
  • Switching Instructions:
    640 mg × 3 times/day → switch to 400 mg × 2 tablets or 800 mg × 1 tablet, 3 times/day (empty stomach only).
    640 mg × 4 times/day → switch to 400 mg × 2 tablets or 800 mg × 1 tablet, 4 times/day (empty stomach only).
    Do not switch formulations if 640 mg is taken with food.
  • Pediatric Use: Same as adults for ≥13 years.

Storage

  • Store at controlled room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
