Brufen 400 contains Ibuprofen 400mg, a widely used NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). It provides effective pain relief, reduces inflammation, and lowers fever.
It is prescribed for headaches, migraines, arthritis, menstrual cramps, muscle pain, post-surgical pain, and fever linked to respiratory infections. Brufen 400 works by blocking prostaglandin production, reducing pain, swelling, and fever.

For Inflammatory Conditions (arthritis, neuralgia, menstrual pain, post-surgery, injuries):
Adults: 600mg daily in divided doses (3 × 200mg or 1.5 × 400mg).
Children:
Ages 5–7: 200–300mg/day (divided 3 doses)
Ages 8–10: 300–400mg/day (divided 3 doses)
Ages 11–15: 400–600mg/day (divided 3 doses)
Adjust dose by age/symptoms. Avoid empty stomach use.
