Super P-Force is a combination medication designed to treat both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains Sildenafil 100mg, a well-known PDE-5 inhibitor for ED, and Dapoxetine 60mg, an SSRI used to delay ejaculation.
