Flexura D is intended for short-term relief of musculoskeletal pain in adults. Usual Adult Dose: 1 tablet (Metaxalone 400 mg + Diclofenac Potassium 50 mg) To be taken 2–3 times daily, preferably **after meals** Maximum Dosage: Do not exceed 3 tablets per day unless specifically advised by a physician Administration Instructions: - Always take with food to minimize gastrointestinal side effects - Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water—do not crush or chew - Stay hydrated during treatment to support kidney function Cautionary Notes: - Avoid if you have a history of peptic ulcers, kidney issues, or severe liver dysfunction - Do not combine with other NSAIDs or sedative muscle relaxants without medical approval - Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience persistent abdominal pain, dizziness, or rashes Pediatric Use: Not recommended for children under 18 years due to lack of clinical safety data.
