- SLEEP & MENTAL HEALTH > Epilepsy Leemate 25 is used in adults for the treatment of partial-onset seizures and generalized tonic-clonic seizures. It can be prescribed alone or alongside other antiepileptic drugs. By stabilizing abnormal electrical activity in the brain, it helps reduce seizure frequency and severity. - PAINKILLERS & HEADACHE > Migraine Leemate 25 is indicated for the prevention of migraine attacks in adults. It does not treat acute episodes but is effective in reducing the frequency, intensity, and duration of migraines when taken consistently over time. - SMOKING CESSATION TREATMENT > Others (off-label cognitive impulse modulation) Though not FDA-approved for smoking cessation, Leemate 25 has shown promise in off-label applications for reducing nicotine cravings. It may benefit individuals with compulsive tendencies or dual dependencies, such as smoking and alcohol use, by modulating the dopamine reward circuit and controlling impulsive behavior.

1. Epilepsy (Monotherapy) - Immediate-Release: Start with 25 mg BID; titrate to 200 mg BID (400 mg/day) over 6 weeks - Extended-Release: Start at 50 mg QD; titrate to 400 mg QD by Week 6 2. Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome - IR/ER: 200–400 mg/day; titration starts at 25–50 mg/day 5.
