Product Description

Lenvat 4 Capsule contains lenvatinib (4 mg per capsule), an oral multikinase inhibitor targeting VEGFR1–3, FGFR1–4, PDGFRα, RET, and KIT to disrupt tumor angiogenesis and cell proliferation.

Available via trusted online pharmacy channels, Lenvat 4 is used in specialist-directed systemic regimens for RAI-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and selected endometrial cancers—either as monotherapy or in approved combination protocols. Capsule dosing enables flexible titration for weight- or indication-based schedules.

Indications & Uses

  • AntiCancer Drugs | Thyroid Cancer — RAI-refractory differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC).
  • AntiCancer Drugs | Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) — first-line option in selected patients.
  • AntiCancer Drugs | Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) — in combination with pembrolizumab (first line) or with everolimus (post-VEGF).
  • AntiCancer Drugs | Endometrial Cancer — in combination with pembrolizumab for advanced/recurrent disease.

Use under oncologist supervision with appropriate baseline assessment and monitoring.

Benefits & Effectiveness

  • Multitarget kinase blockade reduces tumor vascular supply and blocks proliferative signaling → improved progression-free survival and objective responses across multiple solid tumors.
  • Oral, once-daily capsule format supports outpatient treatment and fine dose adjustment (weight/indication).
  • in RAI-refractory DTC and HCC, and synergistic with immune checkpoint inhibitors in RCC/endometrial cancer to increase response rates.

Directions for Use

  • RAI-refractory DTC: 24 mg once daily (capsule total daily dose as per label).
  • RCC:
With pembrolizumab (first-line): 20 mg once daily lenvatinib + pembrolizumab per oncology protocol.
With everolimus (post-VEGF): 18 mg once daily lenvatinib + everolimus 5 mg once daily.
  • HCC (weight-based): <60 kg: 8 mg once daily; ≥60 kg: 12 mg once daily.
  • Endometrial cancer (with pembrolizumab): 20 mg once daily lenvatinib + pembrolizumab per protocol.
  • Administration: take at same time each day, with or without food; swallow capsules whole (do not crush).
Adjust, interrupt, or discontinue per toxicity management guidance.

Storage

  • Store in original packaging at below 30°C, protected from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

Possible Side Effects

  • Common: hypertension, fatigue, diarrhea, decreased appetite, nausea, proteinuria, hand-foot skin reaction.
  • Serious: hepatic dysfunction, arterial/venous thromboembolism, GI perforation, severe hypertension, cardiac events.
  • Manage with dose interruption/reduction and supportive care; monitor BP, urine protein, LFTs, and for signs of thrombosis or GI complications.
