Product Description

Ziverdo Kit is a combination therapy containing three active agents—ivermectin, doxycycline, and zinc acetate—designed to provide broad-spectrum antiparasitic, antibacterial, and immune-supportive effects. Ivermectin acts as a potent antiparasitic by binding to glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasite nerve and muscle cells, causing paralysis and eventual death of the parasite. Doxycycline, a tetracycline-class antibiotic, delivers broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage against a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, while also exhibiting anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce swelling and redness in skin-related infections. Zinc acetate plays a supportive role by enhancing immune cell function, promoting tissue repair, and contributing to faster recovery. The combined synergy allows Ziverdo Kit to target intestinal helminths, skin mites such as Demodex, bacterial infections of the skin and respiratory tract, and inflammatory dermatoses including acne and rosacea. It has also been used off-label in combination regimens during early COVID-19 management in some regions, although such use remains subject to clinical discretion and local guidelines.

Indications & Uses

- Antiparasitics > Broad-Spectrum Anthelmintic Provides systemic treatment for a wide variety of parasitic infections, including intestinal nematodes, filarial worms, and ectoparasitic infestations like scabies and demodicosis. Ivermectin component ensures high efficacy against susceptible parasites with a short dosing course. - Antibiotics & Infections > Broad-Spectrum Antibacterial Therapy Doxycycline covers respiratory, genitourinary, and skin infections caused by common and atypical bacteria, while also reducing inflammatory responses in the infected tissues. - Beauty & Skin Care > Anti-Inflammatory Skin Treatment Targets acne, rosacea, and inflammatory eruptions linked to bacterial and parasitic causes. Reduces redness, pustules, and skin irritation, often improving skin texture over the treatment course. - Immune Support & Recovery Aid Zinc acetate supplementation supports immune modulation, wound healing, and epithelial regeneration. Particularly beneficial in infection recovery phases.

Benefits & Effectiveness

Ivermectin selectively binds to parasite-specific ion channels, leading to increased cell membrane permeability to chloride ions, hyperpolarization, paralysis, and death of the organism. Doxycycline inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, blocking aminoacyl-tRNA attachment and halting bacterial growth. Zinc plays a multifaceted role in immune system regulation, stabilizing cell membranes, and accelerating tissue repair. Together, these mechanisms create a multi-target therapeutic approach that addresses both the direct cause of infection and the associated inflammation.
