AztoGold 20 Capsule is a fixed-dose triple-therapy capsule combining Aspirin 75 mg, Atorvastatin 20 mg, and Clopidogrel 75 mg for simplified secondary prevention in patients at high cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk.

This single-capsule regimen provides dual antiplatelet effect (aspirin + clopidogrel) together with intensive LDL-lowering and plaque-stabilizing therapy (atorvastatin).

Designed to improve adherence after acute coronary syndrome, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)/stenting, or ischemic stroke, AztoGold 20 is suitable for chronic outpatient management and is available through licensed online pharmacy channels where prescription monitoring and counseling can be maintained.
